This is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house, on two floors, that has been lovingly remodeled into a beautiful vacation home. It's 1/2 mile from the bicycle trail and a wonderful French bakery.

Located on a dead-end street (i.e. quiet), it's just a short walk down to a magnificent ocean beach with majestic sand dunes and at times, crashing waves.

Offering air-conditioning and heat on both floors, Wi-fi Internet access, TV, remote controlled gas fireplace, indoor and outdoor showers, a large screened-in porch.

The master bedroom upstairs has one king-size bed and the second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds. On the main floor there is a third bedroom with a queen-size bed.

There is a coin operated guest laundry on the property. This cottage also has a clothesline, picnic table and BBQ in the back yard as well as indoor basement storage for your bicycles.

The kitchen area has a refrigerator/freezer, a 4 burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, granite countertops, toaster and microwave oven, a drip coffeemaker with filters along with pots and pans and dishes. You are going to love it.

This cottage rents on a Sunday to Sunday basis during the summer season. Maximum occupancy is 6.
