This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, cottage with an unbeaten view of the Atlantic Ocean. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people.

Bedroom 1 = 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 = 1 queen bed. Bedroom 3 = 2 twin beds.

It's 2 doors away from the top of the dune that leads down to the water. In season, stairs are laid on top of the slope to help you get down and back up. The cottage is on a quiet, dead-end road and is very private.

Offering Wi-fi Internet access, Cable TV, a mini-split AC/heater unit on the top floor, central A/C on the lower level (where the bedrooms are), two wrap around decks, a grassy front yard, outdoor shower, full-sized washer and dryer in basement and a gas BBQ.

The stainless and granite kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, a 4 burner electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, a drip coffeemaker with filters, and pots and pans and dishes.

This cottage rents on a Sunday to Sunday basis during the summer season. Maximum occupancy is 6.
