This is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath, split-level cottage that has received some recent upgrades.

It's just a short walk (about 250 steps) to a magnificent ocean beach in the National Seashore, with majestic sand dunes and crashing waves.

Offering a mini-split heater/air-conditioner, High-Speed Wi-fi Internet access, Cable TV, working fireplace, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, and a roof-top deck with loungers to enjoy the ocean view.

The kitchen area has a refrigerator/freezer, a 4 burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, a drip coffeemaker with filters along with pots and pans and dishes.

Outside there is a picnic table, a charcoal BBQ and a stainless steel fire pit. There is also a table and chairs in the screened-in porch

This cottage rents on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the summer season. Maximum occupancy is 6.
