This is a 4-bedroom, 2 bath, 2 floor, air conditioned house on a quiet dead-end road. Bedroom 1 = 1 queen bed. Bedroom 2= 1 king bed. Bedroom 3 = 2 twin beds. Bedroom 4= 2 twin beds.

It's just a short walk (4 doors) down the street to the top of the dune that leads down to a magnificent ocean beach with breaking waves. In season, a row of stairs is placed on top of the dune to help you get down and back up.

Offering Wi-fi Internet access, Cable TV, indoor and outdoor showers, heat and air-conditioning, a 3-season porch and a outdoor deck on both the first and second floors, gas BBQ and a grassy yard.

The modern kitchen area has a refrigerator/freezer, a 4 burner electric stove with oven, modern sink and countertop, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, a drip coffeemaker with filters, and pots and pans and dishes. There is also a closet off the kitchen with a full-sized washer and dryer.

This cottage is available for rent on a Sunday to Sunday basis during August only. Maximum occupancy is 8.
