This is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath ranch-style cottage (no stairs) just over 200 steps from the top of the sand dune that leads down to a majestic ocean beach of the Cape Cod National Seashore.
Bedroom 1 = 1 queen bed. Bedroom 2 = 1 queen bed. Bedroom 3 = 2 twin beds.
This cottage offers Wi-fi Internet access but no distracting TV, a working fireplace, indoor and outdoor showers, a screened-in porch, a picnic table and charcoal BBQ outside along with a fire pit.
The remodeled kitchen area has a refrigerator/freezer, a 4 burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, modern sink with Corian countertops, toaster and a drip coffeemaker along with pots and pans and dishes.
This cottage rents on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the summer season. Maximum occupancy is 6.
