This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath solar powered cottage. Located in a pine grove, it's just a short walk (about 250 steps) to the top of the sand dune overlooking a magnificent ocean beach. Offering air-conditioning and heat via a new mini-split unit, Wi-fi Internet access, Cable TV, wood-burning fireplace, indoor and outdoor showers and a 3-season porch. There is a coin operated guest laundry on the property. This cottage also has a clothesline, picnic table and charcoal BBQ in the front yard as well as an outdoor fire pit in the side yard. The kitchen area has a refrigerator/freezer, a 4-burner electric stove with oven, dishwasher, toaster, a drip coffeemaker with filters along with pots and pans and dishes. Outside of the cottage, owner has even installed a charging port for electric vehicles. Maximum occupancy is 4.
